Terms & Conditions
Before starting credit education and document processing services, you will sign a client agreement along with:
- Credit Service Agreement
- Authorization for Credit Repair Action
- Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)
- Right of Cancellation Notice
Services We Provide:
- Document preparation and credit education
- Evaluating your current credit reports with applicable credit reporting agencies
- Assisting you in identifying inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information
- Preparing correspondence for disputes on your behalf
- Reviewing responses from credit reporting agencies and assisting with follow-up
Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services may be provided via in-person meetings, webinars, video conferencing, phone, or email during normal business hours.
You agree to pay fees as outlined in your client agreement. You have the right to cancel within three business days of signing by submitting written notice as described in your agreement.
Note: We provide credit information and education. We do not provide legal advice. For legal matters, please consult an attorney.
Communication
By filling out any form on our Website, you agree by electronic signature to:
- Be contacted about credit repair or credit-related services by a live agent, artificial or prerecorded voice, SMS text, or email, whether manually dialed or via autodialer. Consent to contact is not a condition to purchase services.
- The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Disclaimer: Generational Lending LLC and Priority Group Services LLC are independently operated companies under common ownership. Each company provides its services separately and does not pay or receive referral fees or compensation from the other for clients.
